We usually ship within 10 business days of receiving your order.
*Please note that in some areas, on holidays (Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, New Year's holidays, Obon, and other special holidays), or due to bad weather, delivery may be delayed or we may not be able to deliver on your desired date and time.
We will also send you a delivery completion email when your order has been shipped. Please note that the email may be delayed due to congestion.

・About customs duties
The items you purchase may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees when they pass through customs in the country of destination.
These fees are the responsibility of the recipient, so please pay them directly to the delivery company, customs broker, etc. upon delivery. Please note that we cannot accommodate requests for changes to declared values or applications for gift items.
Your order will usually be shipped within 7 days after the order confirmation email is sent.

Regarding product returns, exchanges and order cancellations
We do not accept returns or cancellations of orders due to customer convenience (different from the image, wrong order, etc.) except for defective products or incorrect deliveries.
